HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM...
Our systems are failing. Let that sink in for a moment. The way we are living doesn't need a tweak, it needs an overhaul. If we stop for just a moment - stop the commute, stop the job, stop the buying and selling and making and sharing and scrolling - that reality will make itself heard, and it is hard to bear. Which is why we don't do it.

Our current ways of living are unsustainable. We are destroying the very things we need to stay alive and healthy. Our relationships are rupturing. And we feel it all there bubbling away under the surface of things. We are anxious, overwhelmed, angry and helpless. We are shell-shocked from the pace of change and unable to ground ourselves. We are falling and we cannot stop the fall.

We need to live differently, want to live differently, crave something changing. But we don't know what to do.
WE NEED TO LIVE DIFFERENTLY
I have only one suggestion. Let's live differently. Not when this administration is over, or we have sorted out the banking system, or when our taxes are lower, or when the war is over, or when the kids graduate from high school, or when we have a better job, or when chemo is done. Now. Let's live differently now.
Intuitive living is all I have to offer. A way to live differently in a very frightening, difficult and dangerous time.

At its heart, all intuitive living means trusting yourself and believing that you know what is best for you - no matter your age, skills, experience, capacities or capabilities. No matter what you have suffered or endured; no matter what is happening in the world. You know what is best for you.

Simple, right? Except most of us don't know how to live intuitively. We weren't taught it, and even if we believe it, we don't often live it. I guess it's time to learn, and this site is here to help you live a bit more in what you know to be true - intuitively.
WHERE TO BEGIN?
This site is a curated collection of things which have helped me. Some is my contribution; much is from others. It is writing and articles, quotes and stories, podcasts and poems, songs and paintings. All the fragmented, faulted and incomplete ways we try to communicate what is real and authentic. What is good about being human and what makes us alive and whole. As Gregory Orr puts it, a collection of things that ,"sustain us and explain us and make us brave enough to live in this world."

Some of what you find here may resonate with you and some won't. That's ok. This is a reflection of my living intuitively, and it will be different than yours. Follow what resonates for you - that is where you need to be. Listen to what you like; reflect on what makes your soul expand; do what makes you healthier. But whatever you do, keep going. Keep investigating and learning and expanding. As Alok Vaid-Menon says, "We must become fluent in all the ways we want to live." And as I say, "This shit ain't gonna sort itself."

And finally, intuitive living is now and always will be free. Because you are fundamentally free. Nothing here can be bought or sold any more than you can be bought or sold. You are free to discover and become who you most authentically are.
