DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE Therapeutic techniques are utilized with firm pressure to work out stress and tension from the body and to rehabilitate injuries and chronic painful areas. 60 or 90 minute sessions are available.
HOT STONE MASSAGE A gentle, nurturing massage using heated basalt river rocks, soothing away aches and pains and revitalizing your spirit. 60 or 90 minute sessions are available.
HOT MEDICINE STONE TREATMENT This is a treatment to completely relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit bringing you in harmony energetically and promoting total wellness. The treatment begins with a Native American Smudging to cleanse and purify your aura. You will then receive a Power Animal and Chakra Assessment, followed by a Chakra Balancing Treatment using specially blended essential oils, visualization, affirmations and sound therapy. Your muscles will then be soothed through a pampering Hot Stone Massage using warm basalt river rocks. You'll love it! Offered only as a 90 minute treatment.
MATERNITY MASSAGE A soothing, pampering experience for the "mother to be" using sideline massage with gentle swedish strokes to relieve tension and soreness, yet rejuvenates and revitalizes your body, mind and spirit. 60 or 90 minute sessions are available.
CHAIR MASSAGE A non-invasive form of massage for the timid or for the busy individual desiring spot massage which relieves tension and stress in the neck, shoulders and back as you sit, fully clothed in a comfortable, specially designed massage chair. We will travel to corporate settings to help bring relaxation and comfort to your office! Available in increments of 15 minutes to one hour.
REIKI An ancient Japanese form of channeling Life Force Energy to balanceand heal the body on all levels. Available in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions..
CHAKRA BALANCING Intuitive assessment of the chakras and their corresponding issues is followed by balancing the chakras to their optimum state through utilization of various techniques which may include any combination of Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Sound Therapy, Crystal Therapy, Essential Oils, Affirmations and Visualization Techniques. 60 or 90 minute sessions are available. 30 minutes sessions are available without intuitive assessment and only balancing. Is a nice compliment to any massage.
REFLEXOLOGY A relaxing, non invasive treatment that stimulates healing and promotes wellness for the entire body through a gentle pressure point massage of the feet, hands and ears. Offered in 30 or 60 minute sessions. Makes a nice compliment to other treatments.
FORGIVENESS THERAPY Visualization techniques are utilized to assist you to go deeply within to the core of resentments, anger and disharmony to heal on all levels and promote love and healthy relationships. This is powerful, life transforming work! This may require several sessions. Last session will be a personal forgiveness ceremony.
EFT A non invasive, scientific method of tapping sequences on the body, eye movements and positive affirmations to balance the right and left brain and reprogram the mind. This technique was designed by scientists and can be used to stop negative behavior patterns such as to quit smoking, nail biting, etc. Sessions can be individual or group.
